What is your mission:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our biggest clients with a Tech Hub in Lisbon – you can work full-remote.

As a Business Analyst you will act as a mediator between business and technology, proposes novel solutions and improves the overall quality of services and business operations; implement and development concepts, document and model data, participate in project management activities, conduct quality assurance and control, liaise with different stakeholders and will be responsible to make sure that underlying technology is able to address the business issues.

The talent we are looking for:

• At least 2 years in similar roles (Business Analyst/Functional Analyst);
• Experience with Agile Methodology;
• Solid technical understanding to break-down business requirements into technical specifications (user stories);
• Familiarity with requirements techniques such as, user stories, use cases, and informal modeling.
• Ability to facilitate a team to consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions;
• Comfortable with English (conversational level).
