Let’s take a look at the profile we are looking for:

• Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Economics or related fields;
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a business analyst;
• Define and detail business requirements;
• Communicate the needs of the business to the technical teams;
• Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents, and other technical reports;
• Able to critically analyze and monitor requests for functional changes and clarify doubts with the customer;
• Operate as part of an Agile Team;
• Proficiency in English;
• Experience in the financial sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and detail business requirements;
• Communicate requirements to business and technical teams;
• Produce documentation: documents analysis, user manuals, configuration documents, etc.;
• Analyze, under a critical point of view, and monitor requests for changes.
