Business Analyst (m/f) Poland

Our client is looking for a Business Analyst (m/f), for Poland.
Main Tasks:
•Elicit needs, analyze requirements and implement performance monitoring systems for business processes;
•Transfer business, users and technical needs into business requirements specification;
•Map business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system features and analyze available systems as well as identify options for potential solutions;
•Model and document Business Architecture including value chains, business processes, roles, capabilities and data;
•Produce business cases and feasibility studies, maintain and track requirements in systems lifecycle and contribute to systems design, testing, quality assurance and change management;
•Support business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software development and collaborate with owners of end-to-end processes to continually seek out process improvements;
•Identify opportunities for business process improvement leading to improved customer service, lower costs, or higher revenue (effectiveness and efficiency gains);
•Research leading/best practices for benchmarking processes and partner with Frontex to understand strategic direction and develop a roadmap for achieving breakthrough process improvements;
•Responsible for taking a holistic approach in the planning and managing of programmes for continuous improvements, designing, validating, and testing business processes and coaching Frontex staff on upcoming changes, ensuring that a plan is in place to teach new skills and/or process changes.
Required Profile:
•Degree in Computer Engineering or similar and minimum experience of 8 years in IT;
•Minimum experience of 3 years in similar positions;
•Experience in requirements elicitation and analysis and performing business analysis tasks under the Agile methodology;
•Experience in software solution’s lifecycle and specifics and limitations of the technologies of IS, performing and/or supporting user acceptance tests (with SharePoint) and maintaining/updating a backlog in Azure DevOps;
•Good knowledge of Business Architecture and its elements as well as of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, etc);
•Ability to document effectively and proficiency using systems modelling tools (e.g. Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others);
•Ability to understand, speak and write in English, at least at C1 level (mandatory);
•Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills.
