Findmore Consulting S.A. is a company specialized in Information Technologies founded in 2006 and with more than 400 consultants. Our services include infrastructure and cloud, software development and agility where contribute to major projects in Portugal and Europe.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Analysis of business requirements;
•Business model analysis, Business process analysis and modelling;
•Elaborate gap analysis;
•Functional requirements and business cases analysis;
•Identify and specifying new functionality and new features;
•Writing User Stories;
•Liaising with internal or external actors and stakeholders for completion of the tasks;
•Assist in the elaboration or validation of various project documents elaborated by the internal team or system supplier (e.g. architecture, vision documents, user guides or help desk related documentation);
•Assist in the elaboration of test plans and cases by providing specific business knowledge when so required;
•Risk analysis, propose solutions to identified problems;
•Ensuring quality of deliverables and software releases.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Minimum 9 years of IT professional experience;
•Minimum 5 years of experience with elicitation and/or analysis of business requirements/business processes for IT systems;
•Very good knowledge in analysis of business processes and in functional design of information systems with modelling tools;
•Proven experience and strong capacity in producing high quality clear and structured reports / studies / end-user or business analysis or other technical documents in English;
•Very good experience with web applications;
•Good knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile);
•Experience with pan-European projects or with large organisations business processes and/or analysis in the context of public administration procedures is a plus.

Other Requirements:

•Ability to work with imposed deadlines and manage competing priorities;
•Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment;
•Excellent command of English language (both written and verbal);
•EU citizenship
