Main Technical Requirements:

•Proven experience as a business analyst, specifically in the technical area required;
•Experience in projects / consulting;
•Proven experience in the Utilities Sector in the Portuguese market, in particular distribution and sale of gas and electricity - mandatory;
•Experience in the design and / or construction of solutions, within the scope of IT projects, in specific technical areas;
•Experience in the elaboration of specifications process in the scope of IT projects;
•Minimum of 3 to 5 experience in the specific technical context, preferably including experience as a business analyst or project manager.
 

Other Requirements:

•Knowledge of Meter Data Management, Messaging and Switching and Billing processes in the utilities (gas and electricity) sectors - preferred;
•Operations and maintenance, distribution and marketing;
•Provisions, consumption, tariffs, types of tariffs, indexed pricing, billing;
•Experience in Process Design;
•Integration platforms;
•Integration with SAP ERP - ECC and/or S/4HANA;
•Digital customer interaction channels;
•UML;
•EU citizenship
