We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in a project in Lisbon or Porto.

What we are looking for in you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems/engineering, computer and management or related;
• Experience in projects as a Business Analyst;
• Experience in lifting functional and non-functional requirements;
• Experience in the survey, analysis and optimization of business processes;
• Knowledge of BI concepts and Data Strategy;
• Analytical, innovative and solution-oriented spirit;
• Teamwork, strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
• Organizational skills and accuracy;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

We Also Value:

• Experience with SQL language;
• Experience in another IT role (e.g. development, testing, project management);
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Design Thinking;
• Experience managing roadmaps/product portfolio. 

Your Day-to-Day Work:

• Researching and understanding business cases and objectives;
• Planning: Definition of Roadmaps / Business Action Planning;
• Planning: Solution scope definition;
• Requirements Elicitation with interviews;
• Requirements elicitation in workshops (Design Thinking);
• Functional Analysis including functional or technical documentation (context diagram/class diagram/ERD);
• Elaboration and follow-up of acceptance tests (UAT);
• Support for organizational change management.
