Dellent is a Portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused on IT and Telecommunication services. 
We are looking for a Business Analyst for a banking project in Porto.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze of business requirements for new and ongoing projects;
- Manage and respond to support requests;
- Write specifications and user stories;
- Define the planning for implementation of requests / projects;
- Track and report project progress.
 

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a Functional/Business Analyst role; 
- Good knowledge of Excel, SQL and CIB Bank activities (front office, back office, flow of data); 
- Fluent in English (upper B2 or higher level);
- Ability to work in an international environment;
- Good interpersonal skills to work with remote teams;
- Organization, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects;
- Good client relationship.
