We are looking for a Business Analyst for a project based in Lisbon.

Functions:
- Gather the requirements for the new application;
- Create documentation to support developers and testers for each User Story;
- Assist and coach multiple teams in the implementation and testing the new application;
- Contribute to the creation of a toolbox (frameworks, tools, documentation, implement good practices, …) for the organization;

Required skills:
- Experience in It project implementation;
- Knowledge of banking business, giving preference to funds and debt products (plus);
- Knowledge in Java development frameworks (plus);
- Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks;
- Ability to produce rich and clear documentation;
- Test and Assess quality of enhancements;
- Report to Management and Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on project status;
- Coordinate and validate UAT tests with proper formalization in Quality Center tool;
- Deliver on time with necessary levels of Quality;
- Project-oriented vision with strong commitment on due dates;
-  Autonomous, organized and delivery-focused with attention to detail;
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeframes;
- Good work ethic and high levels of motivation;
- Good written and spoken English;
