Required Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field;

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in application management;

- Knowledge of SAAS application administration;

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in combination with technical savvy to make good decisions in a dynamic environment;

- Good written and spoken language skills in English (B2).

Responsibilities:

- Entities maintenance requests follow up (Incidents, Approval flow, analysis/correction, Documentation Update);

- Liaise with “Central Team” for escalation with COUPA;

- Daily monitoring (integrations & exports status) for all interfaces;

- Support to Audit/Compliance Practices (provide evidences, contribute);

- Provide SLA reporting.

Must to Have:

- Puppet, Ansible or Chef configuration and management and Event Monitoring configuration and management tools as Zabbix / Nagios;

- Administration of BigData and HDFS cluster (Hadoop Cloudera);

- Public cloud (AWS / OpenPaaS) advanced knowledge and experience in administration (including scripting);

- Agile sprints rituals;

- COUPA skills.
