Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Board Administrative Assistant to integrate our Client internal team, based in Lisboa. The Board Administrative Assistant will be responsible to monitor, analyze and monitor pressing issues in the Organization, as well as to provide up-to-date, periodic and analytical management information to support decision-making and evaluation of results.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and monitor, on a monthly basis, the activity of several Directorates.
  • Prepare management documents and presentations.
  • Advise on external reporting and monitoring thereof.
  • Analyze data and develop Technical and Management Reports.
  • Manage and monitor information through electronic means such as the creation of Dashboards in Power BI and sharepoint / office 365 pages / folders.

 

You must have:

  • Good computer skills on user perspective.
  • Good knowledge in Power BI.
  • Advanced knowledge with Office Tools (Excel, Power Point).
  • Advanced knowledge with Sharepoint and Office 365.
  • Strong Analytical capability.
  • Good interpersonal skills and teamwork skills.
  • English literacy.
