At Mindera we are building a world class team and would love it for you to join us. As a Blockchain Developer, you’ll be part of the development of the core service-oriented architecture.

We’re looking for experienced Backend Engineers, with knowledge in Blockchain, who have the appetite for solving complex and interesting problems.

Our focus is to develop with high standards while having operational aspects in mind (metrics collection, tracing, etc.) with a holistic view on the backend platform in the back of your mind.

National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organisational needs: 0%-15% estimated.

You are good at

• 3+ years of software engineering experience;
• Experience with Solidity or Rust;
• Interest/knowledge in blockchain development;
• Working with relational and non relational databases;
• Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and DevOps;
• Being self-driven, self-organized and working with little supervision towards a common team and company purpose;
• Knowledge in more than one programming language such as Java, Scala, Javascript or Python;
• Building highly concurrent, transactional and resilient services.

What you will be doing

• Developing and maintaining features in a collaborative, Agile environment;
• Writing testable code and ensuring the test coverage stays at the agreed level;
• Documenting your code;
• Take ownership of your code every step of the way - from development to deployment and maintenance;
• Diagnose issues in production and devise solutions for them;
• Work both autonomously and collaboratively to complete tasks;
• Be an integral part of solutions design and implementation.
