5 years of experience in the areas of Big Data and BI. Reporting to the IT Leader, you will work within the IT department.

Description

• Data Science / Data Governance / Data Engineering

- Has a deep knowledge and understanding of the latest digital trends and technicalities, leveraged to identify new value-creation opportunities;
- Can combine logical thinking with imagination and intuition to explore possibilities of what could be done, and how desired IT objectives could be reached;
- Understands, cleans, analyzes, integrates, and investigates internal and external data to deliver business value;
- Uncovers data correlations and relationships in support of the identification of trends and patterns;
- Identifies the right visualization model depending on the business requirements and data sets;
- Seeks rationales that support operational and strategic decision-making;
- Identifies performance issues and analyzes root causes of performance gaps;
- Develops performance improvement initiatives to meet business objectives, by planning and implementing IT projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase;

• Applications Operations / Cloud Operations/Enterprise applications/Digital applications

- Analyzes existing IT Systems and Solutions, by taking into account both technical and business requirements;
- Works on the of IT solutions in line with the existing technical architecture for the improvement of organizational efficiency and productivity;
- Translates user requirements into functional specifications of the IT Solutions;
- Develops testing programs and techniques to guarantee the alignment between existing IT solutions and their intended specifications;
- Designs and implements defect tracking and correction procedures;
- Adopts both traditional and cloud native tools to create, modify and terminate cloud technical resources, promoting automation;
- Adopts best practices and solutions to secure both on-premises and cloud environments against cyber attacks.

Profile

• Completed university degree in Data Science, System Engineering.
• About 3-5 years of professional experience in analyze, design and test IT solutions in a digital transformation environment.
• Data governance and Advanced analytical skills, Data Mining, SQL Server, PowerBI, SSRS, DAX, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, O365, Power Automate, Power Apps.
• Self-starter, proactive, curiosity and determination to embrace innovation and technology trends.
• Must be able to use time effectively and to set priorities to manage multiple projects with time sensitive deadlines.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly motivated and good communication skills both written and oral.
• Being accountable and responsible for his/her work.
• Implementation strength and hands-on mentality, analytical, critical thinker with a structured and independent way of working.
• Very good spoken and written Portuguese and English skills.
