Who you are:

- Bachelor or Masters in Computer Engineering (or similar);

- Minimum of 1 year significant experience in consulting or development on PowerBI;

- Worked with Agile methodology (KANBAN, SCRUM);

- Ability to travel / ability to be relocated for short periods;

- Fluent English speaker.

Required experience:

-  Provide Level 1/ 2 Power BI support to business users, responding to:

-  Incident and problem resolution;

-  Request for Information;

-  Service Requests;

-  Understand the customers’ requests and give adequate support on technical topics.

Nice to have:

- Other Analytical tool would be a plus (Spotfire, Tableau software…);

- SharePoint technology would be a plus;

- Insurance & Finance functional knowledge.
