Description
- General office organisation and facility management
- Visitor support
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- General services and office management
- General assistance tasks
- Communication with customers and suppliers at home and abroad
- Telephone switchboard support
- Purchasing of office materials and supplies incl. office supplies management
- Interface with landlords, craftsmen and other service providers
Profile
- Candidate with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience
- Completed apprenticeship
- First work experience in a comparable position
- High customer and service orientation
- Very good communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Goal-oriented and independent work
- Ability to think outside the box
- Good user skills in the common MS Office applications (Word,
- Excel, Outlook)
- English - fluent
- German - nice to have
