As a Backend Lead Developer, some of your responsibilities would be:

• Manage the backend team tasks;
• Develop key features of the platform;
• Interact with our technology partners (Google, Facebook, Microsoft,...) to stay on top of updates to their systems.‍
   

Here's what we're looking for:

• You have experience in team management;
• You are a problem solver;
• You’re capable of thinking strategically both when it comes to business as well as technology;
• You have experience in working with Django and SQL (both mandatory);
• You are passionate about learning, doing things better and helping others – and an ability to turn ideas into reality‍.
