What you will be doing:

• Perform technical assessment of mockups/wireframes and architectural designs/specifications to ensure the possibility of their implementation within reasonable time
• Create and review software feature design documents
• Code and maintain state of the art, high quality web applications
• Follow and improve code quality standards
• Contribute ideas through your knowledge of evolving BE technologies
• Proactive communication with team members and stakeholders
• Use industry best practices of development processes & tools, adopt, and improve them

What we are looking for:

• Practical experience with Node.js
• Knowledge in TypeScript
• Good knowledge and experience in PHP [8] as well as its eco-system and tooling
• Deep expertise in cloud design, infrastructure as code, and AWS tools and services
•  Good understanding of Web Components and other modern Web APIs including REST and GraphQL
• Flair for clean code, reusability, testability, and readability (SOLID, TDD, Design Patterns, OOP)
• Experience with Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Understanding of Agile principles
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplined team where other team members have distinct but complementary skill sets
• Demonstrate flexibility and capacity to adapt into different environment and project challenges
• Good communications and influencing skills, with the ability to explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or similar

What will be a plus:

• Good understanding of the DevOps mindset and experience with CI/CD set up
• Capacity to influence team members through tech expertise and experience
• Practical knowledge of Java
