Our Tech Talent Scouts are looking for an Azure Technical Support. Is that you?

Key Techs:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Azure Product/Technical support customer
• Familiar with, Azure Identity Protection, ADFS, Active Directory and SSO configuration
• Knowledge of Office 365 Identity, Identity Management and Azure MFA.

Awesome to have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• Experience supporting complex enterprise environments with many users
• Knowledge of Networking, Windows System Administration, Virtualization, PKI, PowerShell scripting and DNS.
• Knowledge of OS Internals concepts and VPN technologies.
• English (spoken and written)
• Certificates are valued
