Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Configuration, tracking and resolution of incidents/requests in public cloud solutions;
•Incident Manager support in incidents/requests, after identifying complex resolution situations;
•Identification of improvements in procedures/applications and training for the rest of the team.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles;
•With know-how in IT/IS’s to ensure the handling of incidents, requests and changes in business customers;
•Expertise in Azure Stack Hub / Cloud Hybrid / Acronis Stack Hub technologies.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach;
•Excellent communication skills;
•Fluent in written and spoken English.
