What is your mission:
You will integrate a Neotalent partner, taking on the role of Azure Support Engineer. You will work fully remotely.

  • Provides for complex products, including escalated issues, mainly to end users;
  • Provides support via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media. 
  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues involving Microsoft products and services. 
  • Provide technical training, coaching and mentoring to other engineers;

The talent we are looking for:

  • Associates degree in a technical field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • + 2 years of experience in similar roles;
  • Experience in troubleshooting roles;
  • Debugging/programming/coding skills preferred;
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF), Networking and SQL Server Integration Services, required. 
  •  Excellent customer service and support skills;
  • Speak English fluently.
