Location: Lisbon

Profile required:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in computer science, information systems, electrical engineering, or a related technical discipline is desired.
• Over four years of in-depth support experience and a solid general understanding of Microsoft Windows Architecture — SQL Server, Windows Servers, Active Directory (AD), Office 365, Azure and Exchange.
• General knowledge of system management best practices.
• Experience managing servers in large corporate environments including security, security policy compliance.
• Experience with diverse hardware platforms (Cisco, Dell, HP, and IBM).
• General understanding of supporting technologies: TCP/IP, IIS, WINS/DHCP/DNS, Anti-Virus, systems management, optimization tuning, and high-availability configurations.
• Knowledge of Installation Services and Group Policy (SCCM, MDT, and Autopilot)
• Application Packaging and deployment.
• Experience with documentation for system builds, configurations, and support procedures
• Solid understanding of prevailing virtualization technologies
• Current Microsoft certification is a plus (MCSA or MCSE)
• Current VMware certification is a plus (VCA or VCP)
• Experience with ConnectWise Automate is a Plus
• Full Professional Proficiency of English language both verbal & written is mandatory. Second language as plus: French
