Key Techs:

• 2+ years of experience in similar role
• Ability of resolution of technical support incidents related to supporting customer development and deployments
• Experience in system development
• Knowledge of software support and network operations
• Knowledge of Microsoft System Center Data Protection Manager
• Familiar with Microsoft Azure platform such as Microsoft Azure Backup agent, Azure Migration, Microsoft Azure Site Recovery, and IaaS VM Backup
• Proficiency with Microsoft products

Awesome to have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• English (spoken and written)
• Certifications are valued such as VMWare, Cisco etc.
