Noesis is looking for an AX/EDI Support Team Leader that will manage 4 direct areas of responsibilities based in AX Dynamics:

 

Management of Functional Support:

• Together with the team: Identify, analyze, and qualify incidents and problems reported by users.

• Propose solutions.

• Ensure the understanding of the specifications by the development teams.

• Involved in the evolution decisions of the Core Model.

• Provide level 2 & 3 functional support after deployment phases.

• Set up and monitoring indicators over the SME activity.

• Accurately and regularly report to the hierarchy of its activities.

 

Management of AX Development:

• Monitor developments and organize progress points.

• Ensure the stages of testing and approval of the settings and developments in accordance with the specifications and regulatory constraints.

• Set up and monitoring indicators over the DEV activity.

• Ensure that the deliverables resulting from the deployment phases meet the expectations of the users.

• Accurately and regularly report to the hierarchy of its activities.

• Ensure that the deliverables resulting from the deployment phases meet the expectations of the users.

Management of AX Access:

• Management and control of access creation within Dynamics.

• Ensure that service requests are met within the deadline (SLA).

• Control the levels of permissions granted to system users by company.

• Make the quarterly review of accesses and generate the analysis reports of this process.

• Review permit conflicts and generate reports for internal audit.

• Ongoing training of resources.

 

Management of EDI Projects and Support:

• Incident Management, key user, and end-user support: monitoring, investigating daily EDI traffic data and solving critical issues that affect business.

• EDI customers roll-outs in a multicultural environment.

• Communication channels implementing (AS2 and SFTP).

• Attending business requirements and performing end-to-end tests with subsidiaries.

• Support key users with high complexity assignments within the corporate environments. Performing verifications in all EDI standard messages and when requested perform EDI mappings.

• Manage aspects of the project: scope, change control, planning, and tracking which englobes defining project requirements, based on meetings with customers, defining the planning schedule for developments and tests.

Despite the technical skills that the person need to have (in order to understand the needs of the area and be a pivot to both internal and external stakeholders), there is also a management skills and techniques that this person should have, ensuring a correct and efficient team management.
