About the role
As an AWS (Amazon Web Services) Senior Cloud Engineer you will undertake engagements related to cloud architecture with a specific focus on AWS (Amazon Web Services).
You will design AWS Cloud environments and will implement then on different types of environments ranging from startups to large enterprises.
You will understand the technical requirements and will take responsibility for driving cloud solutions and for the overall design and resilience of key client’s environments. You will also work closely with our commercial team to provide input on industry trends to tailor our delivery offerings to meet the market needs.
This is a full-time role for our Porto office. Remote work can be considered.

Our ideal candidate
The person we’re looking for is someone who:
- Operates with the highest levels of integrity
- Has a strong understanding of cloud technologies with an emphasis on AWS and Azure (desirable) ecosystems and commonly deployed third-party tools
- Has significant experience in the design of distributed, high availability cloud computing infrastructures; AWS and Azure design, build and operational experience
- Has confidence and proven ability to act as the technical authority during the consulting engagements
- Has DevOps experience on designing, implement and maintain environments, and automation solutions
- Can maintain a feedback loop with the company’s customers to ensure deliveries are in accordance with customer’s needs and expectations
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has the ability to pick new trends in technology and present them to the company and to clients
- Is comfortable to work with remote clients in English language
