Kelly IT Resources is recruiting an Automation Test Leader (M/F) to integrate directly a client in Oporto.
The Automation Test Leader will be responsible for coordinating the automatic test activity in the frame of several software application projects.

Responsibilities:
o Manage the overall activity of a dedicated team (1 or 2 p.) and synchronize the tasks with all relevant involved (and remote) departments within the organization;
o Able to be force of proposal to evolve the automatic tests so that they are integrated in the projects;
o Follow the project by accompanying the various teams in the implementation of a quality approach;
o Maintain and improve the automatic test platform & framework to design and document the automatic test cases;
o Define or adapt the test strategy for the project;
o Estimate workloads and plan tests;
o Run a test project in agile mode;
o Manage budget and schedule;
o Monitor and control the implementation and running of automatic tests;
o Organize and carry out project reviews and determine if goals have been achieved;
o Evaluate and improve processes;
o Evaluate the quality of the product and close the test operation;
o Coordinate the test team with respect to the commitments (cost, time, quality);
o Coordinate relationships with various stakeholders;
o Organization and animation of project monitoring committees;
o Scheduling tasks and managing resources;
o Writing and presenting dashboards (resulting from the execution of test campaigns).
Requirements:
o Minimum Bachelor's degree in a Computer Application technical discipline required or Master degree in Computer science or similar area;
o Minimum of 6+ year's recent working in a Software Development environment;
o 4+ years testing experience and designing automatic tests in Java;
o Technical Frameworks & Tools: Java, Selenium, Squash TA & TM, GIT, Jenkins, Jmeter, Jira, Docker and Rancher.
o Expertise: writing test plans, task planning and resource management, Knowledge of agile and V cycle methods, knowledge of Jira and Squash TA and TM, Programing.
