We are looking for a Automation Lead Tester to work in project in Lisbon area.

What are the main responsibilities?

- Develop and evolve a test automation strategies, implement plans, and maintain automation test data;
- Develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed;
- Lead the execution of the automated tests and manage the resulting defect log through the point of defect fix validation;
- Identify and report to product teams questionable functions, performance concerns, and inconsistencies, as well as chasing their resolution;
- Document and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework;
- Focus on incremental improvements of functionality, usability, performance, automation, and security.

What are we looking for?

- 3+ years of experience in automation testing, including the design, development, and execution of automated & manual tests scripts;
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in continuous integration and delivery, testing, and quality assurance systems and ecosystems;
- Strong working knowledge of Selenium with Java programming;
- Solid experience in at least one version control system (Git) and application lifecycle management tools (Jira);
- ISTQB certification is valued.
