Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for an ATM Dispatcher/Helpdesk to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

 

You must have:

  • 12hth grade (or) degree in Informatic, electronic or similar;
  • Experience in Helpdesk / Customer support;
  • Knowledge in English and Spanish;
  • Communication skills with customers (perception and resolution of breakdowns);
  • Generic knowledge of ATM (preferred);
  • Portugal geographic knowledge;
  • Informatic knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Microsoft Dynamics NAC and ServiceNow);
  • Experience in multi-platform, data capture, scanning and document file;
  • Possibility for flexible and extended hours (which may include weekends).
