IT delivers solutions to internal organisations, based on Atlassian JIRA SW, JIRA Service Management and Confluence applications. The objective is to implement from simple to complex configurations in JIRA (customization of schemes, workflow, etc), automations (via plugins from the marketplace like ScriptRunner or by implementing through apps development. These applications are self-hosted on premises and running on Datacenter edition. Typical solutions being delivered - relates to implementation of agile are related to planning/tracking activities in JIRA SW - to support different types of processes, to mention few: Agile backlog Mgnt, Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe Backlog Mgnt), Defect Mgnt, Test Mgnt, Release Mgnt and Milestones/Decision Points mgnt. This solution is mainly used by R&D organisations

Responsibilities and Experience:

• Analyse business requirements and propose a technical solution based on JIRA and Confluence Atlassian solution.
• Has experience with most common Atlassian marketplace apps and how to approach the selection process covering various aspects - from technical, maintenance/Support, security, costs, etc.
• Has experience with ScriptRunner, Groovy Scripting and in general to build automations also with RestAPI.
• Experience with SQL query and JIRA DB Schema - to run queries
• Experience to troubleshoot issues on JIRA SW and Confluence. Log analysis. Performance issues investigation.
• Is aware and follows best practices - when managing configuration in JIRA SW. Is able to define and guide others - on best practices to follow in order to keep the JIRA SW under a controlled, with high standard of performance and clean to maintain environment.
• Document solution design, best practices, guidelines . Experienced to provide demo to end-users on technical solution as well Atlassian apps.

Skills:

• JIRA SW Advanced Administration (mandatory)
• Groovy, ScriptRunner skills (mandatory)
• JIRA Database Schema knowledge. SQL skills. (very important)
• Confluence Advanced Administration (very important)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Agile at scale frameworks - like SAFe - is a positive add skill (very important)
• Cloud Technologies (GCP or Azure/AWS) (very important)
• Understanding of Product Lifecycle processes (important)
