What skills do you need to have:  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• Proven experience as an Atlassian Developer or Programmer, with a strong understanding of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc. 

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Groovy. 

• Experience in developing custom plugins and integrations using Atlassian SDK or REST APIs. 

• Knowledge of Atlassian Marketplace apps and their integration capabilities. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Some of your responsibilities will be: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Design, develop, and customize Atlassian applications such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other related plugins to meet specific project requirements. 

• Create and modify workflows, custom fields, screens, permission schemes, and notification schemes within Atlassian applications. 

• Develop custom plugins, scripts, and integrations to extend the functionality of Atlassian tools. 

• Optimize Atlassian applications to improve performance and scalability. 

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Atlassian applications to ensure high quality and reliability. 

• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise. 

• Collaborate with other developers and team members to ensure seamless integration of Atlassian applications with existing systems. 

• Stay up to date with the latest Atlassian product developments and industry best practices. 

• Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations.
