Associate Producer (m/f)
Human Profiler is a Human Resources Consulting company, specialized in recruitment processes and selection of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers.

Our client is a specialized Company in developer and publisher of games for PC and consoles that wants to recruit an Associate Producer (m/f) for Lisbon.

Main Functions:
- Work with the producers and discipline Leads to enforce the overall vision for the direction and quality of the game/project and determine the resources necessary to complete projects;
- Identifying and fixing bottlenecks, as well as clearing roadblocks both on the day-to-day and in the longer term, provide motivation, progress updates, ensure good communication and improve best practices;
- Act as a coach and work in collaboration with the other teams to support them and ensure that they are continually improving.

Profile Required:
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
- 2-5 years in similar positions;
- Experience in Gaming (Mandatory);
- Scrum Master certification;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA;
- Knowledge of version control software such as Perforce;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
- Fluent in English (Mandatory).

Note: They are currently working remotely but the goal is to return to the offices even if it is on time.
