We are looking for Assistente de Contact Center to integrate a project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- Experience in the area of communication with customers using various channels (telephone, email and chat);
- Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users;
- ITIL certification;
- Fluent in English.

Nice to have:
- Fluency in German.
