In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for a Asset Management to work in this project in Lisbon.

What are we looking for?

- Academic degree in IT;
- 2+ years of experience;
- Very good Expertise in Excel (mandatory);
- Knowledge of Service Now;
- ITIL Certification (v3 or v4);  
- Very good level of awareness for details;
- Good communications skills in English (both written and spoken);
- Good analytical skills;
- Ability to be autonomous;
- Very good level of comprehension in French (B1 is mandatory).

Responsibilities:

- You need to be able to do contractual tasks, contract analysis, execution and follow-up of purchase  orders;
- Always have the stock updated, and do the inventory when needed. You also are going to analise it and gather related information; 
- You need to archive documents, manage the catalogue of authorized software, validate software installation requests and optimise the planning of software installation; 
- You're also going to do budget control, keep the financial part on track and reconciliation of purchase orders/invoices.
