In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services. 

We are looking for an Applicative Support to work in this project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

- Degree in IT or Business; 
- Experience in production support activity;
- + 2 years of experience in AS400 operating system;
- + 2 years of experience in SQL (DB2 preferentially);
- Previous experience in banking activities; 
- Experience and ability to perform technical analysis and identify impacts;
- ITIL Certification;
- Previous experience of working in Application Production Support teams with experience in support multiple interfaces/applications;
- Fluent in English and have a good knowledge of French.

Responsibilities:

- Support on the Olympic application and  developments; 
- Efficiency of the solution applied in production to solve issues;
- Avoiding recurring incidents;
- Provide effective and informative evaluations in terms of issues, risks and dependencies;
- Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions;
- Execute test scenarios and test scripts;
- Write documentation related to the work of end user and IT Support.
