We are looking for an Applicative Support to work in this project in Lisbon.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Business or IT;
- Knowledge of Investor Services Business;
- 4 years of experience in Business or Systems analysis years and ITIL Certification;
- Have great problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Profissional experience with Application Exception Management, monitoring and alerts triaging;
- Experience with Issue Tracking systems like, Service Now;
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Do Relationship Management between multiple stakeholders;
- Prodution Support;
- Incident and Support Management;
- Participate on Change and Release Management.
