What are you going to do?

• Coordinating cross-functional teams;
• Working with suppliers and customers to deliver co-developed products;
• Supporting in electrification roadmap development;
• Leading application testing;
• Aligning cyber security, safety, feature development and validation team to the customer’s solution;
• Ensuring product integration into customer systems.
• Assisting pursuit teams to assemble quotes and present technical design review materials;
• Analyzing customer requirements and communicating to global product development team;
• Partnering with internal product teams during key planning and development activities;
• Providing technical support from product demonstration, problem analysis, systems integration analysis;

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent;
• Experience and proven capability in development of complex automotive electrification products or applications, preferably in areas of system design, control, and monitoring hardware;
• Knowledge of related safety and test standards, such as ISO, IEEE, MBN, GMW;
• Familiarity with DC/DC or AC/DC convertor operation or controls is desirable;
• Familiarity with lithium-ion battery management systems is desirable;
• Hands on experience in electrification hardware design, development and testing (and/or software development, debugging and testing);
• Fluency in English.
