JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the proper functioning of a cloud service
• Monitoring services and applications running
• Reporting support tasks
• Incident management
• Communication with the customer to identify problems, causes and possible solution routes
• L1 and L2 support: hardware and software incident troubleshooting, testing and operational support

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields

• Knowledge of Linux environment
• Good knowledge of virtualization and virtual environments, namely for SQL (e.g., Postgres) and NoSQL (e.g., Cassandra) databases support 
• Knowledge of monitoring tools, such as Bash, Kibana, Grafana
• Ability to run automations with Ansible
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
• Suporte a sistemas aplicacionais baseados em Java, com conexão a BD reacionais e não relacionais (Cassandra)
• Knowledge of installing security patches for operating systems
• Openstack Swift
