Winprovit is recruiting an Application Support for a project that is being developed in a client in Porto.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible to maintain efficient, scalable, and strategic customer solutions;
- Manage and analyse incidents to ensure compliance with SLA;
- Proactively identify opportunities to implement improvements and simplify;
- Participate in setup of appropriate support models and knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes;
- Improve documentation of functional and technical processes and workflows.
Profile:
- Academic background in Information Systems or a related field;
- Some previous experience with customer relationship management software or/and processes;
- Work experience in one or more of the following technologies and/or platforms:
- Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle
- Salesforce – Service Cloud
- Salesforce - Marketing Cloud
- Micro services and APIs
- .Net
- Scripts Power Shell
- Problem solving attitude;
- English & Portuguese fluency.
