Winprovit is recruiting Applicatiton Support m/f) for a project that is being developed in a client, to be developed in a customer  in the banking area, in Lisbon.

Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, related to technical field, or equivalent experience;

- At least 3 or 4 years of experience as second-line IT Production Support for a business within a fast-paced and competitive environment

- At least 2 years of experience providing Application  Support for a high priority application

- Knowledge and/or experience of the financial services industry (desirable);

- Prior experience in application support;

- Experience and ability to perform technical analysis, identify impacts (functional/technical);

- Experience of working with applications with many interfaces to other applications;

- Good understanding of  RDBMS concepts ; Proficiency in at least 1 database (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server) (mandatory);

- AT least 1 year working experience with UNIX and its standard commands (desirable);

- Knowledge of DataStage TX (desirable);

- Knowledge of PowerShell Scripts (desirable);

- Knowledge of Calypso.

- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
