Description

Winprovit is recruiting Application Support (m/f) for a project that is being developed in a client in Lisbon.

Profile:

- Experience in Application support project for a minimum of 3 years involving SQL language (Oracle/Sybase/SQL Server) and UNIX (shell scripting, ability to analyze existing scripts);

- Knowledge of ITIL and Incident Management;

- Flexible approach to working hours to meet the demands of the team (Night Shift on rotation basis if needed);

- Must have worked on Collecting Metrics & Analyzing the request/tickets;

- Measure and identify areas for improving Quality and overall Delivery;

- Experience in Capital Markets domain;

- Good Team Player.;
