What we are looking for?

• Degree in computer science or similar;

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;

• Professional experience with SQL language (Oracle/Sybase/SQL Server);

• Professional experience with UNIX (shell scripting, ability to anayse existing scripts);

• Knowledge of ITIL and Incident Management;

• Flexible approach to working hours to meet the demands of the team;

• Availability to work in Night Shift on rotation basis if needed;

• Must have worked on Collecting Metrics & Analyzing the request/tickets;

• Measure and identify areas for improving Quality and overall Delivery;

• Candidate should possess experience in Capital Markets domain;

• The person must be able to document procedures whenever applicable;

• Mentor other Team members;

• Good level of English spoken and written.
