We're looking for passionate, eager to grow Application Support Specialist to join our team.

We count on you to:

• Assure acceptance and documentation of support cases in the ticket system

• Process support cases 

• Document problems with solutions

• Ensure software quality through internal tests

• Be able to work in the maintenance of the test environment in SQL, PL/SQL or similar

• Fluent in English (Mandatory) and also fluent in German (Preferably)
