We are looking for an Application Support to integrate a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- At least 6 years of experience in similar roles;
- Hands-on experience in Service Now;
- Solid experience in SQL/MySQL;
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux/Oracle;
- Good communication and incident resolution skills;
- Working knowledge of ITIL;
- Fluent in English.

Nice to have:
- French language skills.

Main Responsabilities:
- Monitoring production environments and troubleshooting;
- Responding to user requests;
- Understanding of existing application (functional and technical);
- Ensure daily communication and alignment among the entire team.
