We are looking for an Application Support (m/f) to integrate a project in Alfragide.

Profile:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
- Experience in Application Support;
- Experience in Help Desk / Service Support including handling with Incident
Management Tools;
- Knowledge of PKI certificates – support and operations,
- IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) certification;
- Problem solving and research skills;
- Experience with Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of Windows systems;
- Knowledge of Active Directory or another LDAP;
- Ability to learn customer support processes and techniques;
- Relevant ServiceNow experience is a plus;
- Team player and proactivity;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- German is a plus.
