We are looking for an Application Support (m/f) to integrate a project in Lisbon.

Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, related to technical field, or equivalent experience;
- At least 2 years of experience as first and second-line (L1 and L2 support) IT Production Support for a business within a fast-paced and competitive environment;
- At least 2 years of experience providing Application Support for a high priority application;
- Experience in providing effective communication to the business users and other IT teams;
- Experience in Wealth management or private banking;
- Strong technical skills in database concepts and web application;
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment and remote teams;
- Extensive experience in analytical techniques;
- Experience in Scrum methodology is a plus;
- Technical knowledge in AIX, Linux, batabase (DB2), programming language (SQL), Javascript and PREDATOR product from TELEINVEST;
- Fluent in English.
