What is your mission:
You will integrate a team in a Neotalent partner project, taking on the role of Application Support in Alfragide area.

As a Application Support the candidate will join an existing technical team and his role will be:
• Incident resolution within supported applications.
• End-to-end customer experience providing a single point-of-contact.
• Functional support in Siemens applications.
• Technical Support in Siemens applications.
• Documenting all actions and communication in the tickets.
• Knowledge transfer inside the team regarding the applications and support activities.

The talent that we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar functions;
• Experience in Application Support
• Experience in Help Desk / Service Support
• Basic knowledge of network configuration
• Knowledge of Web Development (HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, …)
• Knowledge of PKI certificates – support and operations
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Windows systems
• Knowledge of Active Directory or another LDAP
• Problem solving and research skills
• Ability to learn customer support processes and techniques
• Knowledge and experience in supporting Single Sign-on is a plus
• IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) certification is a plus
•  Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English
