About the role
As an Application Support Engineer, you will integrate the preventive maintenance team (3rd line) responsible for identifying and resolve issues resulting from Middleware components.

Main responsibilities:
- Incident management;
- Problem/Change management;
- Complex incident and Resolution;
- Deployment support;
- Monitoring activities as required to ensure the production environment is operating as expected;
- Update the knowledge base and documentation that exist and produce new documents;
- On-call support;
- Bug Fixing.

Main Skills:
- Medium skills on Linux administration and SQL;
- Experience with Linux Shell Script;
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous deliver (CI/CD) process;
- Basic Java development experience;
- Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Must work well under pressure to meet the demands of our customers.
