Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for an Application Support Engineer to integrate our Client internal team, based in Lisbon. The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for provide technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required, assisting with systems integrations and developing reports for teams across the business.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Acting in the identification and resolution of problems reported on the ticketing platform according to identified standards.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software.
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.

 

You must have:

  • +2 years’ experience in IT.
  • Application Support experience.   
  • Experience in problem solving through SQL statements.
  • Ability to solve problems and incidents, document their resolution and communicate to the development areas.
  • Experience in enterprise application support, in interfaces between corporate applications and Web-Services.
