What we are looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology field, related certifications, or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in IT Support and troubleshooting;
- AWS know-how would be extremely useful;
- SQL Server, NoSQL or Cassandra experience;
- Some scripting know-how (specifically Python or Perl) would be useful;
- Json-api;
- Json/REST Webservices;
- Postman/SoapUI testing tools (PLUS);
- Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) (PLUS);
- Already worked with Atlassian products like JIRA and Confluence (PLUS);
- Experience working with monitoring tools (PLUS);
- Good communication skills, responsible;
- Know-how of browser developer tools;
- Familiar with the analysis of logs and stack traces;
- Understand the workflow and dependencies of the services and can easily analyze requirements and problems, develop and establish solutions;
- Provide and explain various reports regarding topics such as: system and application availability or reaction times and mean time to recovery;
- Fluency in English (MANDATORY);
