About the role

This person will help in of an operation team (ITIL L1 to L3), focus on the Automation process and ticket Journey/vertical blocks process troubleshooting and Operational enhancements. You will be responsible to work with remaining operations team to assure the CIAS stability and system availability according to the agreed business service levels.

 What are the challenges for this role?

Conduct the daily troubleshooting, solution monitoring and analysis activities to ensure stability, availability and performance of the solution. Create, update and maintain the system configurations and parametrizations to assure the environment stability and deliver it as part of agile methodology. Assure daily checks and activities to assure a correct environment application management strategy.

What skills will get you selected?

Experience in application support operations (for ITIL L1 and L2) and during incident management;

Experience with application maintenance during problem management;

Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, Java or C# for automated processes;

Knowledge in data analysis, big data or analytics is valued;

Good communications skills;

Fluent in English;

Proactive, curious and hands-on attitude;

Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or related.
