We are searching for a Application Support:
Responsibilities:
- Log anomalies or applicative incidents upon call or email from Production team or users;
- Acknowledge each anomaly or applicative incident (through JIRA Service Desk);
- Work closely with development team;
- Work closely with all involved teams (user, production team);
- Contribute to the package testing (technical test / functional test);
- Provide constant and effective communication to the business users and other IT teams on the progress of their issues and requests;
- Participate to the regular committee with other teams involved and customer with respect to the Wealth management information system governance;
- Perform release integration by facilitating, organizing UAT support, technical testing, interface testing;
- Manage application release production deployment with the development and deployment teams;
