We are looking for an Application Support Consultant (m/f) to integrate a project in Alfragide.

Profile:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
- Experience in Application Support;
- Experience in Help Desk / Service Support;
- Experience in provider-based services is a plus;
- IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) certification is a plus;
- Problem solving and research skills;
- Experience with Microsoft Office;
- Ability to learn customer support processes and techniques;
- Team player and proactivity;
- Fluent in English.
